They would be great for use when doing a clutch job, exhaust, alignment, tranny replacement etc. That may require some diy adjustments for stability though. The shifter is very light so it can be mounted further back for better reach/shift angle. It’s a simple project that adds a pretty, modern touch to your space.

You could potentially work off of one of those and just build the front end. I think this might be a favorite.
