Sa300 Welder
Sa300 Welder. The current operating and/or physical condition of the unit has not been verified by ironplanet. Does anyone know of any other things that could be wrong with it.
So your lincoln sa250, classic 300 or classic iii has quit welding for no apparent reason these types of welders all have exciter rotors vs exciter armatures. Im having trouble with my arc. 225 amps @ 29 volt (100% duty cycle), 300 amps @ 32 volts (50% duty cycle), 350 amps @ 34 volts (30% duty cycle).
Unsure if will run, it has been sitting since taken out of service on 9/2015 & the engine hasn't been started since that time.

I have checkd all my grounds, brushes and fuses. 1 review $13.79 as low as $11.72 add. Had its break in maintenance done with full synthetic oil. And are the brushes supposed to sit on the exciter freely or are they supposed to be tightened down.
